Determine how many extension rods will be needed to reach what you wish to vacuum. (Remember, you can use one or up to six rods.) Firmly connect the extension rods together and then twist slightly to strengthen the connection. |
Attach the flexible 6' hose (that comes with Vac-Extend) to your vacuum's hose. Note: In the unlikely event that the flexible hose does not fit your vacuum's hose, use the universal flexible adapter (shown below). Simply stretch the flexible adapter over the end of your vacuum's hose and over the end of the Vac-Extend hose. |
Connect the extension rods to the Vac-Extend flexible hose. If needed, you can attach most standard cleaning tools that came with your vacuum to the end of the extension rods. |
When done cleaning, disassemble Vac-Extend by gripping the black plastic fittings and twisting apart. Note: Vac-Extend is intended to be used in an upward, elevated position. Never use at a downward angle as this may cause the extension rods to disconnect. |
The Vac-Extend patented design actually increases the suction power for better cleaning! |
Vac-Extend includes six 2' extension rods that slip together in seconds. Use as many or as few extension rods needed for the job. |
The Vac-Extend flexible hose fits most upright or canister-style vacuums. But if you have a non-standard vacuum. Vac-Extend comes with a universal flexible adaptor that will attach to different size vacuums. (See step 2 for instructions). |
